Pre-order terms

Draft. Have a lawyer review this before charging beyond the refundable pre-order. Glen Hankin, a UK sole trader, trading as PriceDiff. Postal address: [UK POSTAL ADDRESS]. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Square-bracketed lines are placeholders, not real details.

The $39/mo Starter pre-order is a refundable subscription for a product that is still being validated. It is not a promise that a particular competitor, integration, or launch date already exists. The price is in US dollars and is taken by Stripe.

Founding price: if PriceDiff launches the Starter plan, the $39/mo price is locked for 12 months from launch for this subscription. The Team plan is not part of the pre-order.

Refund before launch: you can cancel and ask for a full refund at any time before launch, with no questions asked. Email privacy@getpricediff.com or use the Stripe customer portal if one is linked. Glen refunds through the Stripe dashboard. If PriceDiff has not launched within 60 days of the charge, the pre-order is refunded. If the validation fails and the project stops, pre-orders are refunded within 7 days.

If you are a consumer, buying mainly outside your trade or profession, you also have the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. That right runs from the day the contract is made. The wider refund above does not replace it. If you are buying for a business, that statutory 14-day right may not apply, and the contractual refund still does. Nothing here limits rights the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other UK law, says cannot be limited. A consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland keeps the mandatory protections of that law.

Pricing histories are informational. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and they can differ by region, currency, tax, and contract. AI notes are not advice. Check the vendor's site before you act on a number.

Don't misuse the forms, don't try to break the crawler, and don't send personal data you do not have a right to share. We can refuse a pre-order or close a demo request that looks abusive.

Where UK law allows a cap, liability for the free pages and the pre-order is limited to the amount you paid in the previous two months. That cap does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, to fraud, or to any liability UK law does not allow us to limit.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where a UK consumer is entitled to bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where they live.
